Information for Correctional Services
Living Life Criminal Behavioural Diversion & Rehabilitation Program has been working alongside Correctional Service personnel for the last 7 years. This creates transparency with reference to our client's participation and progress throughout the Program.
Unfortunately, at this juncture we only work with clients that are not in custody. The reason for this is, the Program Tools our clients acquire are to be used in their everyday life in society.
This shows that they are using the Tools to make better life decisions and cope with situations that would previously see them use behaviour that now has them facing the judiciary.
From the moment our client is enrolled in the Program, we will contact you. We will let you know dates and times of their program sessions. After the conclusion of their Program we will inform you of the dates and times of their continued support sessions with us. These session continue on a regular basis until the judicial conclusion of their case.
If our client is on Home Detention or Electronic Monitoring, we will inform you of the time they arrived and left our premises. We can do that at the conclusion of the session or you may prefer a weekly report. Either way, we will inform you in writing.
If our client chooses not to engage in the Program or if we know they are in breach of their bail conditions, we are ethically bound to inform you and their Lawyer.
Prior to any of our client's court appearances, should you require a Client Program Progress Report please let us know. We are happy to send them to you. 7 days notice would be appreciated.
